Client Testimonials
“St. Vincent has been very excited to participate in this pioneering program that is demonstrating the benefits of improved medication adherence. These results in our remote rural diabetic patients demonstrate that the challenges related to providing direct and immediate care for remote populations can be overcome by utilizing the right approach and tools, like the Med-eMonitor System. We anticipate a wider role for the Med-eMonitor System in our Center for Healthy Aging, to assist St. Vincent in monitoring chronically ill senior citizens in remote rural and frontier regions of Montana.”
David Irion, Executive Director of the St. Vincent Healthcare Foundation, Billings, Montana
“We have successfully tested the Med-eMonitor System in a pilot trial, and are excited to implement it more broadly to more effectively monitor medication and care plan adherence for patients in our larger disease management programs. In Tennessee we anticipate using up to 100 Med-eMonitors in Phase I of our program, and intend to expand our use of the Med-eMonitors as we expand this contract, and as we win contracts in other states. We believe we will see improvements in the health of our patients, reduce their cost of care, and reduce our operating costs in monitoring the patients. The portable device will empower patients to comply with their medication schedules and adhere to their treatment plans, while the Med-eXpert software will be providing risk-stratified daily reports and outbound e-mails to our nurse care managers that will allow them to respond with rapid, targeted, and caring interventions. The Med-eMonitor System will complement our hands on approach to care management with daily connectivity, and compliance monitoring providing better service to our patients and staff. We have been working with InforMedix over the past six months to create a solution specific to our needs, and are highly pleased with the technology enhancements created by the InforMedix R&D team. They have been exceedingly responsive.”
